Hopefully everyone is aware that these are not organic products. One advertises here only with the slogan "from the biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin" the emphasis here is accordingly on the bio, which can lead to irritation. The milk comes from a conventionally run dairy farm with a manager in the Netherlands. I don't have to tell insiders of milk production what that can mean for everyone involved (animal / human).

The Hof der Hemme Milch is definitely worth a short trip. Show the kids where the milk comes from. We were even lucky enough to see newborn calves. The atmosphere is familiar and the boss greets you personally when you tour the grounds Gelände Then a fresh milk in the courtyard cafe and delicious cakes - shopping basket full and off into the camper ... so it stays sustainable 😬🚐

A visit with children is worthwhile. There is a playground, petting zoo and the calves can also be petted. A break with coffee, ice cream and cake is great too!

I was at an event in the panorama event room on the first floor. I stocked up on breaks in the café. The ambience is rather cool, which is related to the modern architecture of the building. The cake was super fresh and good. Coffee was delicious too. The specialty is of course the milk products that are produced right next door. I like yogurt very much. The staff were exceptionally friendly and cheerful.
