One advertises here only with the slogan "from the biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin" the emphasis here is accordingly on the bio, which can lead to irritation. The milk comes from a conventionally run dairy farm with a manager in the Netherlands. I don't have to tell insiders of milk production what that can mean for everyone involved (animal / human).

The Hof der Hemme Milch is definitely worth a short trip. Show the kids where the milk comes from. We were even lucky enough to see newborn calves. I was at an event in the panorama event room on the first floor. I stocked up on breaks in the café. The ambience is rather cool, which is related to the modern architecture of the building. The cake was super fresh and good. Coffee was delicious too. The specialty is of course the milk products that are produced right next door. I like yogurt very much. The staff were exceptionally friendly and cheerful.
